Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct full cycle recruitment.
- Collect requirements and prepare 201 files of new hires.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting of manpower requisitions.
Requirements:
- Progressive recruitment experience in a shared services setup
- Preferably from industries like Construction, engineering, oil & gas, and power
- Solid knowledge of full-cycle recruitment process
- Proficient in using office suite and digital recruitment platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid grasp on stakeholder management
- Strong data management/analytical skills
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Open to fresh graduates
Work Location: Pasig City (Meralco Avenue)
