Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years experience supporting US Recruiting or US HR Coordination
- MUST possess excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of recruiting with HR, Accounting & Finance, Legal, Operations, Merchandising, is highly preferred
- Proficient with computer
- Data driven and strategic mindset
- WILLING TO BE ASSIGNED ON EITHER MORNING or NIGHT SHIFT SCHEDULE
- WORK SCHEDULE (MONDAYS-FRIDAYS)
Job Description:
- Manage all activities involved in the scheduling of candidate interviews including candidate correspondence, scheduling interviews, and providing ongoing communication with recruiters and hiring managers on timelines
- Provide administrative support for the offer process including collecting interview guides and distributing new employee information for proper onboarding
- Utilize web-based applicant tracking system to maintain candidate data, post job openings, and ensure correct tracking
Job Type: Fixed term
Salary: From Php25,00.00 per month
