Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and databases.
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the basic requirements of the position.
- Reach out to candidates to schedule interviews and provide basic information about the company.
- Shortlist candidates and coordinate interview schedules with the team.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment database.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Respond promptly to candidate inquiries and provide updates on their application status.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and practices.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Professional and friendly demeanor in all communications.
