Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute top talent recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process
- Establish relationships with hiring managers
- Conduct assessments, interviews, and reference checks
- Develop job postings and oversee job boards
- Monitor recruitment metrics and maintain records
Job Details:
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Work in US Eastern time zone
Compensation:
Starting hourly rate of $5.00 – $7.00 USD
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (optional)
- 3+ years of recruitment experience
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
