Job Description
Minimum six (6) years of Recruitment experience.
With stakeholder management expertise.
Full cycle/end-to-end recruitment experience is highly desired.
Must have at least one (1) of the following specializations: I.T./Technology, Engineering, Light Industrial/Manufacturing, Professional Services, Finance/Banking, Life Science, Sales/Marketing, and/or Executive Search.
Preferably with experience in bulk hiring.
Knowledge and familiar with IT terms/language.
Savvy with talent sourcing using various tools and job boards.
Experience in Recruitment ATS.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Team player.
