Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruitment Manager to join our team in Davao. As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to screening and selecting the most qualified individuals for our organization.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates. Additionally, you will conduct interviews, assess candidate profiles, and make recommendations to the hiring managers.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing and improving our recruitment processes and tools, ensuring an efficient and seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with external recruiting agencies and universities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
