Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our growing team. As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to evaluating their qualifications and making hiring decisions.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
- Creating job descriptions and posting them on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screening resumes and conducting interviews.

- Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
