Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team on the night shift. As the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and selection process for all positions within our organization during the night shift hours.
You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This will include sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, conducting interviews and assessments, and managing the overall recruitment process.
In addition, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies, attending job fairs, and implementing innovative recruitment techniques to ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in recruitment management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Knowledge of industry best practices and an understanding of employment laws and regulations is also required.
