Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to join our client’s corporate team at Circa Logica Group. As a Recruitment Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the identification and acquisition of top-notch professionals to meet the staffing needs of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s goals and growth plans.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selection.
• Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and support in achieving hiring goals.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Utilize various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company’s employer brand.
• Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience in manpower and talent acquisition.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
