Job Description
NH Healthcare is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. You will develop recruitment strategies, manage the hiring process, and attract top talent for our remote workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Source and screen candidates for various roles
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
Pay: Php55,118.00 – Php75,563.00 per year
