Job Description
ABC HOTEL is one of the country’s finest, fastest growing, and most unique luxury hotels. We are looking for a Recruitment Officer to develop traditional and creative recruitment strategies, actively market our job openings, and identify suitable candidates through various channels.
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years of recruiting experience (Headhunter experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of current recruitment strategies and practices.
- Proficiency in sourcing methods, including online job portals and social media.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective negotiation abilities.
- Integrity and confidentiality with great attention to detail.
- Strong sense of responsibility and motivation to meet goals.
