Job Description
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Job Analysis and Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand staffing needs.
- Sourcing and Attraction: Use various methods to identify potential candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Offer and Onboarding: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Data Management and Reporting: Maintain candidate records, generate recruitment metrics.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain partnerships with recruitment agencies and talent sources.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a degree in Psychology, HRM, or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience and willingness to work in an office-based setup.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience: Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)

Location Requirements:
- Ability to Commute: Pasig City (Required)
