Job Description

Position Overview: The Recruitment Officer (blue collar jobs) will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various blue-collar roles within the mining and construction sectors across Australia. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with candidates and clients, and ensuring that all placements meet the industry standards and client requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of recruitment experience, specifically in blue-collar roles within the mining and construction industries in Australia.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Australian mining and construction sectors, including relevant regulations, compliance requirements, and industry-specific challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both candidates and clients.
  • Networking Abilities: Proven ability to build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and potential candidates.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other related tools.
  • Education: A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

  • Hybrid work schedule (3 – Onsite | 2 – Work from home)
  • Onsite office: Angeles City
  • Guaranteed Morning Shift
  • Can start immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
