Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruitment Officer / Customer Support at Boomering Inc. As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting potential candidates for various job positions within our organization. Additionally, you will also be required to provide excellent customer support to both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
- Provide customer support to both internal teams and external candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and hiring activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software.
