Job Description
FUJIFILM Business Innovation Corp. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Recruitment Officer to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Responsibilities include developing effective recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, with at least one year of proven recruitment experience.
