Job Description
Job Summary:
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. This role ensures the company attracts and hires the best talent while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Review resumes and conduct phone screenings.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and extend job offers, and coordinate pre-employment checks.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and generate recruitment reports.
- Promote the company as an employer of choice.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
