Job Description
- Responsible for job advertisement, participate job fairs and local recruitment activities.
- Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Support other functions as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resource Management, or any relevant field.
- Preferably with work experience as a Recruitment Associate.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Team player and result-oriented.
- Willing to render overtime if needed.
- Amendable to work in Warehouse 4 Grandland and Warehouse Center, R. Castillo Davao City.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
