Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Recruitment Officer, preferably in a manufacturing or labor-intensive industry.
- Proven track record in recruiting skilled workers in high-volume environments.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Must be willing to work 6 days a week.
Duties:
- Sourcing candidates through online platforms, social media, and networking.
- Screening, evaluating, and interviewing potential candidates.
- Coordinating interviews and establishing communication with department heads.
- Conducting orientation and onboarding for new hires.
Job Type: Full-time
