Job Description
Unimax Steel Structure and Construction Corp is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Officer to join our team in Mexico, Pampanga. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with at least one year of experience in recruiting and strong knowledge of Excel.
Key responsibilities include identifying hiring needs, collaborating with managers on job descriptions, attracting candidates through various platforms, conducting interviews, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift, including potential overtime. We offer a 13th month salary and overtime pay.
