Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruitment Officer. As the Recruitment Officer for our US Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) division, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for our clients’ job vacancies.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract a diverse pool of potential candidates
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Provide recommendations and support in the final selection process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment database
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Prior experience as a Recruitment Officer or in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with US recruitment processes and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
