Job Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Responsible for job posting and advertising.
- Source and screen potential candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and endorse potential candidates.
- Administer pre-employment assessment tests.
- Arrange/schedule interviews of potential candidates with team leaders/managers.
- Conduct background checks.
- Conduct employee orientation.
- Ensure that new employees comply with all pre-employment requirements.
- 201 Filing and Record Keeping.
- Can start immediately.
- Perform other tasks which may be assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
