Job Description
PM Consulting is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Officer with 2-5 years of experience, preferably in the Maritime Industry, to manage bulk, tanker accounts, and cruise vessels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified crew, as well as conducting background checks and managing applicant documentation.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Php30,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month. The working schedule is Monday to Friday, day shift, consisting of an 8-hour shift.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and the ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Makati City.
