Job Description
As a Recruitment Onboarding Associate, you will play a crucial role in the onboarding process of new hires. Your responsibilities include coordinating recruitment activities, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
You will work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless transition for new employees, providing them with the necessary information and training to succeed in their roles.
Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, as well as a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
