Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Recruitment Process Outsourcing Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients, implementing recruitment strategies, and providing excellent customer service.
Job duties include:
- Developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Understanding client needs and delivering effective recruitment solutions.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
