A Recruitment Sourcing Specialist is responsible for finding, attracting, and engaging potential candidates for open positions within an organization. This role requires a deep understanding of various sourcing channels and techniques, as well as the ability to effectively screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit.

As a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
