Job Description
Aboitiz Construction, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Talent Attraction Specialist. The successful candidate will provide support in the manpower deployment across all project sites, ensuring timely and quality direct project hires, particularly skilled workers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding.
- Experience with construction manpower, especially skilled workers, is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel anywhere in Mindanao.
