Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to attract, screen, and select qualified candidates for various job positions within the company.
Your tasks will include designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and assessing applicants’ qualifications. You will also be responsible for managing the hiring process, including making job offers and onboarding new employees.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of recruitment best practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting, preferably in a similar industry.
