Job Description
Afni, Inc. is seeking a qualified Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The essential functions and responsibilities include:
- Understanding recruitment demands and skills profiles.
- Conducting in-depth interviews and evaluating candidates.
- Managing job offer contracts.
- Preparing reports based on functional needs.
- Implementing specific recruitment strategies.
- Participating in calibration meetings to address hiring demands.
- Contributing to strategic hiring plans.
- Monitoring account hiring requirements as the Account Point of Contact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1-2 years relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with accuracy.
- Willingness to work in Commonwealth, Quezon City.
