Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in finding and attracting talented individuals to fill our company’s job openings.

Your responsibilities will include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the entire recruitment process. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective strategies to attract the right candidates.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in recruitment and a deep understanding of various sourcing techniques. You should also possess excellent communication skills, as you will be the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and job fit.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and define candidate requirements.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
