Job Description
The Recruitment Specialist is expected to ensure that a strong and stable candidate relationship is maintained through outstanding candidate experience.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Source, process and endorse high quality targeted candidates based on client needs.
- Actively close out vacancies in a short amount of time.
- Maintain outstanding candidate experience through providing the highest levels of service.
- Manage internal trackers and database.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must be a graduate of BS Psychology, BSBA Human Resources Management and other related courses.
- With at least 1 year of experience doing end-to-end process of recruitment.
- Preferably with experience working in an Executive Search Firm or Consultancy.
- Should have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Amenable to travel and work on-site in Ortigas Pasig City.
