Job Description
- Assist in the mass hiring process by sourcing, screening and shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
- Assess candidates’ competencies to determine whether they are a good fit for the role
- Handle communications with a wide variety of candidates
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to draw in a large number of qualified candidates
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to determine position requirements for open vacancies
- Create and post job ads on various job boards, hiring platforms, and forums
- Efficiently record, track and process all candidates from different sources and channels
- Collaborate, validate and provide updates to internal partners managing referral programs
Manage and update candidate’s expectations with accurate information
- Attends to daily/weekly/monthly call as advised by line manager (if applicable)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field.
- With at least 6 months – 1 year of experience as a High-Volume Recruiter or a similar role
- Preferably with Experience in a BPO Company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- Thorough understanding of the best talent acquisition tools, processes, and practices

Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
