Job Description
AUMTREND PH INC is seeking an Offshore HR Shared Services Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding various HR-related inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage global employee relations case inquiries.
- Maintain accurate HR data and systems.
- Support programs ensuring positive employee experiences.
- Apply company policies and procedures equitably.
Requirements:
- 6 months experience in Offshore HR Shared Services preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
- Relocation to Taguig City preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Up to Php35,00/month
