Job Description
- Processing end-to-end recruitment from crafting job ads and posting them, CV Screening, phone screening, endorsing to clients, facilitating interviews, and preparing job contracts
- Calibrate with Hiring Managers and Stakeholders to understand hiring profiles and regularly ensures team is aligned.
- Proactively source candidates using different sourcing channels and techniques.
- Oversee and coordinate recruitment activities across various stages of assessment that will promote a consistent positive applicant experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From Php20,00.00 per month
