Job Description
- Discuss and establish qualification requirements and terms and conditions of employment with managers.
- Formulate detailed job descriptions and post them.
- Conduct phone calls or meetings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
- Interview candidates on the shortlist and maintain a database of employees for future vacancies.
- Mediate between candidates and hiring managers.
- Use web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies, and follow up with candidates during the hiring process.
- Produce reports on hiring plans and strategies.
- Measure the results of candidate interviews and job placements using hiring metrics.
- Revise HR policies as necessary and ensure the implementation of fair employment practices.
- Analyze the recruitment process and the performance of recruitment tools and recommend improvements or changes.
- Perform HR-related tasks assigned by the management.
