Job Description
-With at least 1 year of experience in the Manpower Industry.
-Graduate of Psychology or any Human Resource Course.
-Computer literate (MS Office).
-With good communication skills.
-Experience in sourcing and pooling is an advantage.
-Adept in managing the whole recruitment process, training, and employee engagement.
-Reliable knowledge of behavior-based structured interviewing and profiling.
-Willing to be assigned in Canlalay Binan Laguna.
