Job Description
a. Check and Review all Manpower Requisition Forms.
b. Sourcing and initial interview of candidates
c. Schedules interviews with hiring supervisor and management
d. Updates employee masterlist
e. Prepares contracts of R&F Employees
f. Conducts inventory of employee contracts
g. Liaise with operations manpower requirement (drivers, helpers, operators) VS. Masterlist
h. AUB ATM enrollment – Timekeeping
i. Sourcing, Interview applicants
j. Checking and monitoring of Performance Evaluations
k. Terminate Employee who doesn’t pass the evaluation for the 5th month
l. Submit Evaluations upon 5th month from Nurse for Enrolment Maxicare
m. Recruitment monthly Report
n. Coordinating with PESO Offices for Job Fair
