- Develop recruitment strategies for contact center staffing.
- Build talent pipelines using online boards and networking.
- Screen candidates for skills and cultural fit.
- Partner with managers on staffing needs and recruitment updates.
- Enhance employer brand and improve candidate experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Required)
- 5 years End-to-End Recruitment experience (Required)
- 3 years experience in Workday, PeopleSoft, and SAP (Required)
