Job Description
Job Summary: Global Staff Network is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Your goal is to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records.
- Build relationships with hiring managers.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, proven recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in ATS.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php12,00.00 – Php15,00.00 monthly.
