Job Description
HRTX Consulting is on the lookout for a dedicated and talented Recruitment Specialist to enhance our vibrant team. In this position, you will utilize online channels, job boards, social media, and networking to source potential candidates. Your responsibilities will include screening resumes and applications to identify top talent, as well as conducting initial phone interviews to evaluate their fit for various roles.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Willingness to work onsite in Makati.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at Php18,00.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
