Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Las Piñas. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for hiring, interviewing, and conducting communication with potential candidates. They will also be responsible for recruiting and training new employees. The role is based in Las Piñas, but it is expected that some remote work will be acceptable.
Qualifications
- Hiring, Interviewing, and Communication skills
- Recruiting and Training skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
– Amenable to work in Las Pinas City from Monday to Friday 8:00-6:00 PM
