Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within our organization. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Your main tasks will include creating job postings, advertising job vacancies on various platforms, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates’ qualifications. You will also be responsible for conducting background checks and reference checks, as well as negotiating employment offers.
As the ideal candidate, you have a solid understanding of recruitment best practices and have a proven track record in talent acquisition. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you are proficient in using various recruitment tools and technologies.
