Summary of the Role:
As a recruitment specialist at Lennor Metier, you will play a vital role in helping businesses and applicants achieve their goals while making a significant impact. Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing to offering acceptance for high-priority requisitions
- Writing compelling job postings and handling inquiries
- Ensuring a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Contributing to the development of Lennor Metier’s commercial strategy
- Building a personal brand on social media
