Job Description
One Outsource Direct Corp. seeks a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate engagement, onboarding, market research, and employer branding. The role requires implementing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, ensuring compliance, and analyzing hiring metrics to improve outcomes.
- Requirements: HR background and recruitment experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.

- Salary: PHP 17,00–18,00/month. Location: Makati (in person).
