To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:
- End to end recruitment process
- Source applicants via various channels
- Initiating kick-off meetings with hiring teams
- Developing job descriptions and specifications
- Conducting in-depth interviews and candidate qualification
- Assisting in building hiring plans
- Partnering with Hiring Managers and HR Partners for salary offers
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience
- Strong account management and networking skills
- Goal driven, self-starter, and team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Philippine citizenship or relevant residence status
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
