Job Overview:
This is an independent role focused on finding top talents to help the organization meet its goals. You will handle all hiring activities – from creating job descriptions, advertising job vacancies, conducting interviews, to completing hiring requirements.
Job Objectives:
- To attract and engage top talents.
- To facilitate hiring process and timely fulfillment of job vacancies.
- To manage communication between applicants, hiring managers, and clients – keeping all parties informed on the status.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyses job requirements and prepare job posts.
- Conducts in-depth research and analysis.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Implement talent acquisition strategies.
- Manage candidate expectations.
- Find and Hire qualified candidates.
Job Specifications:
