Job Description
WHR Global Consulting, a global talent solutions provider, is actively seeking an exceptional candidate to assume the pivotal role of Recruitment Specialist for a recruitment firm based in Las Piñas City.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate hiring activities
- Undertake clerical duties (e.g. answering emails and drafting offer letters)
- Prepare and post job ads online
- Resume screening and initial phone screens
- Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams, candidates, and clients
- Process background checks
- Maintain candidate database
- Handle records and paperwork
- Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations)
- Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum Experience: 2 years preferably in a manpower or bulk hiring
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Assistant or other recruiting-related role
- Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
- Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Great attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
Work Hours: 5 days compressed workweek but can work on weekends and overtime if needed

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
