Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder of Human Resources, Psychology, or any business-related courses
- Minimum of one year of talent acquisition experience
- Proficient in full-cycle recruiting using various techniques
- Familiar with hiring practices and stages
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in volume hiring and technical recruitment preferred
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge in data analytics and HRIS a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
