Job Description
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS/AB Psychology, BSBA Human Resource Management, or other related courses.
- Strong background in HR Recruitment.
- Willing to start immediately in Angeles City Pampanga.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In charge of posting and promoting job vacancies across diverse employment platforms, social media, and the company’s Facebook page to draw in potential candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews using reliable recruitment tools to screen and assess candidates.
- Coordinate appointments, interviews, and corporate presentations.
- Verify the credentials of applicants, screen candidates, and present them to the Hiring Managers.
- Disseminate relevant information to Hiring Managers and aid prospective employees in completing application forms and other required documents.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
