Job Description
Jathnier Corporation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, along with proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of HR software is essential. Strong networking skills to establish relationships with recruitment partners and educational institutions are required.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary starting from Php18,00.00 per month, including supplemental pay such as a 13th-month salary.
