Job Description
We are looking for a Recruitment Supervisor to join Laus Group of Companies. As a Recruitment Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Screening candidates and matching them to suitable job roles
- Sourcing job applicants and exploring employment opportunities
- Contacting candidates for interviews
- Building client database contacts
- Negotiating salary and benefits
- Responding to consultancy enquiries
- Arranging interviews and handling admin tasks
- Requires at least 1 year of work experience
Job Specifications:
- Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Behavioral Science
- Strong communication skills in verbal and written language
- Proficiency in MS Office and Internet usage
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of handling matters with full confidentiality
